There is a general belief that the skin should be of lighter tone but not all are blessed with the same. For them, here are some important tips that can help them bring a positive change in their skin complexion.

A large number of people work hard to achieve fair and flawless. Though the market is flooded with skin-lightening creams and lotions, such products contain harmful chemicals that can eventually damage your skin. Oftentimes the products are expensive, too.

  • Otherwise, mix one tablespoon of fresh yogurt with a one-half tablespoon of honey. Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Do this daily to improve your skin tone and complexion.
  • You can also add a little lemon juice and some oatmeal to yogurt to make a thick paste, and apply it as a face mask.

This remedy will also help keep your skin supple and moisturized.

Oranges: - Vitamin C is the most important element in skin care. Oranges are found to be rich in vitamin C. In addition, they have bleaching properties that can lighten your skin tone.
