  • Weight gain – In many cases, weight and bodily changes are caused by hormonal imbalance. This can happen even if you've never had a weight issue earlier. Extreme stress and improper sleep increase abdominal fat that can be difficult to lose.
     
  • Irritability and/or mood swings: Experiencing out of control or overawed can be caused by unexpected changes in the balance of estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone or from adrenal stress disparities.
     
  • Fatigue - Fatigue can happen even in case of proper sleep, making women feel physically and emotionally stressed.

Thyroid inequities and chronic stress are the most probable contributors to this devastating symptom.

It is not always true that above symptoms might
