  • High blood pressure due to genetic reasons.
  • High cholesterol due to overindulgence with fatty foods and fast diets.
  • Smoking is also one of the factors and misguided youth have started to think that smoking is cool; not caring about what it does to the body.
  • Obesity has become more and more common in children.
  • Physical inactivity.
